Although Hofen has the smallest area (259 acres=1.05 km²) and the smallest number of inhabitants (136 people), it has some interesting things to offer. After turbulent years in the history of the tiny village, Hofen is a very peaceful little place nowadays with a well-kept village centre and with active dwellers.
