We are going along the main street up to the crossroads and will have a look at the village square.

The beautiful setting of the Bührer fountain invites hikers to tarry.
The fountain got its name from the deceased freeman Erwin Bührer, who developed the famous »Bührer« form and cast installation for Georg Fischer. He donated the fountain as a generous gesture to his home village in 1970. The fountain was created by the architect Walter Förderer and built by the sculptor and stonemason Carl C. Rahm from Hallau.
